The GRIFFETH House
This once 80's style brick ranch situated on 2+ acres in a convenient Apex subdivision underwent an EXTERIOR and INTERIOR transformation creating a charming home with many elegant details throughout. This ranch style home combines the cozy feel of a country cottage with the interior details of a large luxury home. This complete transformation included creating a Master Suite, Two Car Garage, Screen Porch, enlarging the Kitchen and Nook Areas and adding a vaulted ceiling to create a remarkable entertaining area which is the core of their family gatherings when entertaining around their new in-ground pool and outdoor patio areas.

This 60's ranch located in one of Cary's most desirable neighborhood, MacGregor Downs, on the golf course. We helped them with an Interior Transformation which changed their home from the outdated home it was to the beauty it is today!
